How many prepaid O2 SIM cards can I order?
You can order up to two prepaid O2 SIM cards in your name to your address.
When will I receive my O2 SIM card?
Your order will be processed within three business days and then sent to Czech Post for delivery to your address, within a time period that is in accordance with Czech Post standards.
How do I activate my prepaid O2 SIM card?
Activate your SIM card by topping up your credit. You can recharge your credit easily and quickly from the account of a customer with a postpaid tariff, from a fixed line, or using an O2 prepaid coupon. You can also use ATM machines, SAZKA terminals, internet or GSM banking, or supermarket and hypermarket cashiers. Recharge your prepaid O2 SIM card through a postpaid account and get a bonus of 3% extra credit, or through a fixed line for a 5% bonus.
